Studio Pilates (Private or Duet)
Studio Pilates utilises specialty equipment including the reformer, trapeze table, spine corrector and stability chair. You will have a personalised Pilates program tailored by your instructor, to fit your exact goals and needs.
Your Studio instructor will use all of the training tools and apparatus to target specific areas to challenge and evolve the body and mind, ensuring that you receive the optimum training to unlock your full performance potential and accelerate your results.
You will begin with an initial consultation, which will be used by your instructor to design your personalised program. This assessment is a perfect opportunity to discuss your goals/needs and is a great way for your instructor to assess your posture and movement patterns in order to tailor your sessions to your individual needs.
Studio Pilates may be undertaken as a Private appointment or a Duet appointment (where you share your instructor with one other person). Regardless of which appointment type you choose, each person still works through their own individual program under the supervision and guidance of their instructor.
The reformer is the most popular apparatus & for good reason. Our small group Reformer classes (max of 3 clients) have been designed to create change in your body through unique movement patterns on the Reformer. Our Reformer classes are a full body workout using spring loaded resistance, which lengthens and strengthens muscles, increasing lower, upper and core strength, while improving posture, breath and flexibility. Adjustable springs allow for all levels of ability.
Our reformer classes are limited to 3 participants so you receive personal attention and individual guidance from our instructors. Your teacher will guide and assist you through the class, please inform them if you have any injuries or special conditions.

Pilates Circuit is a 45 minute circuit using all the different types of Pilates equipment we have in the studio including reformer, trapeze table, spine corrector and stability chair, along with hand weights and functional body weight exercises.
This class is suitable for all fitness levels as you can work at your own pace and take rests if needed, depending on your fitness level.
This is a head to toe fat burning workout that will improve overall body strength, balance, posture and flexibility.
This is a fun class taken at a much faster pace than regular Pilates class but with not compromise on form or Pilates principles.
Virtual Sessions (Online in the comfort of your own home)
Our Mat Pilates sessions are now offered online. Exercises are conducted on a mat, utilising your own body weight and small apparatus as resistance. The thing we love about Mat Pilates classes is the freedom of being able to enjoy continuous fluid movement, while always working at your own level of ability.
Matwork Pilates has many benefits including:
